Superb hotel! Came away with my 12 year old daughter for some girl time and had a wonderful stay.
Most comfortable bed and amazing shower of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve stayed at quite a few!)
The pool was fantastic and breakfast great too.
All staff helpful and friendly

Had a fabulous stay. Soon as we walked into the hotel we had a warm welcome from the reception team
Our room was lovely apart from the mattress was so hard to sleep on it kept my partner up all night. But the room was lovely
We had a great welcome from the young gentleman in the bar ( didn’t get his name but was wearing a white shirt with a black open shirt) he mad us welcome.
Also a shout out to Elaine the housekeeping supervisor who gave us some welcome Choclates in our room and a card. Was a very nice touch
All in all a perfect stay
As a staff member of IHG I know how hard everyone works and you all did a great job at this hotel. Keep it up

Thank you for your feedback and please accept my apology that your stay wasn't as comfortable as we would have hoped for. It is very disappointing that the team weren't able to provide a better solution, and although I can confirm we've not received numerous requests, I believe we generally empower them to find answers to any issues guests are experiencing; I am very sorry that they were unable to do so on this occasion, but sincerely hope that we can use this feedback to improve what we do moving forwards. My husband, me and our two young children stayed here for the night prior to our cruise the following day. The hotel is in an ideal location from the port and easily found via sat nav. There is plenty of parking available at the hotel. It has recently been newly decorated and upgraded and looks very nice. On arrival check in was easy and the reception staff were very helpful and answered all our queries. The room was very nice, extremely clean and the sofa bed all made up ready. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was lovely and a buffet breakfast which was good value and good choices available. We all slept well and both beds were comfortable. The children were given an activity pack each and little chocolates were left on the bed for them which we thought was such a lovely thought. All staff were lovely with the children. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
